a free <M>\mathbb ZQ</M>-resolution <M>S</M> of <M>\mathbb Z</M>, and
a group homomorphism <M>f\colon G \rightarrow Q</M>. It returns the induced
<M>f</M>-equivariant chain map <M>F\colon R \rightarrow S</M>.
